Arguably the greatest scene in the Rocky franchise's history, this brawl from Rocky V is the defining moment in this character's life. Never before has Rocky's ruthless pride and bleak stubbornness been demonstrated so clearly and effectively on film. He simply won't let himself be punked out by some hotshot, smart-mouthed, young boxer. Rocky has worked too hard, fought too many battles, built up quite large muscles, garnered a fine taste for exotic cheeses, and here his threshold has been reached. Tommy Gunn, you are about to get whooped.

Project Pat Returns the Favor

If you haven't seen Choices, the movie starring Memphis Rap legends Three 6 Mafia, then I cannot recommend seeing it enough. It is a brutal, comical gangland tale that appropriately takes place within snake-pit that is Memphis, Tennessee. Project Pat emerges as the star of this movie, commanding the audience's attention with every second on screen. I wish I could call this scene my favorite, but there really are too many.

Riding in a U2 Spy Plane

What a wonderful piece of video. To travel that far above the earth, and view the curvature of our planet, would be the most extraordinary experience for me. I truly agree with him that if every person could travel to the edge of space just once, and look down at our planet without its arbitrary boundaries, then their humanity would be modified for the better. A total, humbling experience.

This segment is from "James May On the Moon," a BBC production in commemoration of the 40th anniversary of the moon landing. Looking forward to the full program.

Probably my favourite fight scene from the movie. Such an excellent display of Jackie Chan's artistry, and well executed choreography. Much of the set is destroyed in the scene as he takes on the mob and uses nearly every object in the environment to keep his ass beating momentum up. Enjoy!
